Refund policy

If you're unhappy in any way with an item you've ordered, please let me know as soon as possible.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery.

Ship items back within: 3 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

We accept returns/exchange within 3 days of the receipt of the goods ONLY if the item you ordered is the wrong size or color (which was confirmed during in dialogue).
WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS OF CUSTOM ORDERS AND ORDERS WITH PERSONAL EMBROIDERY.

If deformation workmanship is discovered, please do notify me immediately. Please note that all items for return must be shipped in the same kind of packaging as they were originally shipped.

The cancellation of the order is possible within 24 hours from the date of the order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
