Yes, we are providing worldwide shipping. Almost all our customers are from the US, Canada, Europe, UAE, and other countries.

Processing time depends of item you choose. If your order includes customization we need about 3-6 days to prepare your order for shipping.

North America: 2-4 weeks
Europe: 1-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-8 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-6 weeks
Canada: 4-8 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-6 weeks

Express shipping price depends on the item you choose. You can find the price of express shipping during check out process.

Customers are fully responsible for any additional taxes. We charge sales tax for Florida residents only.

If you want to place the custom order, please, feel free to fill in the form. We will contact you and discuss all the order details. After we confirm your order we will send you the invoice to purchase.

If you're unhappy in any way with an item you've ordered, please let me know as soon as possible.

We accept returns/exchange within 3 days of the receipt of the goods ONLY if the item you ordered is the wrong size or color (which was confirmed during in dialogue).
WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS OF CUSTOM ORDERS.

If deformation workmanship is discovered, please do notify me immediately. Please note that all items for return must be shipped in the same kind of packaging as they were originally shipped.

The cancellation of the order is possible within 24 hours from the date of the order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you do not receive the package after 30 days, please, contact us. We will call our postal service to help you to find your parcel. If our postal service confirms your parcel is lost we make a 100% refund.
