HOW TO CARE
We recommend hand washing in cool water using liquid detergent. No soaking. No bleach.
To refresh the bedding just shake off the dust and steam the items. But don’t touch the surface with an iron.
In case of using washing machine, set up a delicate mode. Put bumpers into the machine in a circle.
Dry all items in a horizontal position. Avoid touching plush, felt details and pompoms with an iron.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you're unhappy in any way with an item you've ordered, please let me know as soon as possible.
We accept returns/exchange within 3 days of the receipt of the goods ONLY if the item you ordered is the wrong size or color (which was confirmed during in dialogue).

If deformation workmanship is discovered, please do notify me immediately. Please note that all items for return must be shipped in the same kind of packaging as they were originally shipped.
The cancellation of the order is possible within 24 hours from the date of the order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
